A channelled solo acoustic guitar improvisation which explores timbre, space, harmonics, vibrato and a sense of suspended time through the aligning of rhythm and breath, all of which combine to help focus attention inward.

"Into the One" Is about turning Inward, "listening" and letting go of anxiety in a time where too often we feel pressured into a frame of mind where we must always be "doing something" or "being productive" instead of just Being, in a time where we are bombarded with ever more information which we are expected to "know" and be on top of.
